Logging in to ECHOplatform

Usernames are no longer valid for logins. You must use an Email address for successful login.
Contact support@barracuda.com if assistance is required.

Note: Access to all Barracuda product and service must be through Barracuda Cloud Control (BCC). See About Barracuda Cloud Control for more information.

To log in to IBU, perform the following steps.

Required: You must log in with User Admin (not Account Admin) credentials to use this procedure.

  1. Navigate to https://manage.barracuda.com or if a UK partner, navigate to https://manage.echo.barracuda.com.

    The login screen is displayed.

  2. At the ECHOplatform Login Email screen, type your login email and then click Continue.
    You are redirected to the Barracuda Cloud Control login portal.

  3. Type your email address and click Continue.
    The password field is displayed.

  1. Type your password and click Continue.
    If you have activated MFA, the authentication field is displayed.

  1. Type the authentication code from your MFA device and then click Verify.
    You are re-directed back to the IBU log-in screen in activation mode.

    Once activated, the IBU page is displayed.
    Note: You are now logged in to IBU and BCC.
