ConnectWise billing integration allows you to bill directly from within ConnectWise for Content Shield and for the following Essentials Services items:
- Basic Email Security
- Advanced Email Security
- Email Archiving Service
- Email Cloud-to-Cloud Backup
- Email Security & Compliance
- Email Complete Protection
- Total Email Protection
- Sentinel Service
- Forensics Service
This integration is accomplished by completing the following tasks:
- Setting up Content Shield and Essentials Services billing in ECHOplatform.
- Creating cross-references to Levels in the ConnectWise Managed Devices Integration table and linking those levels to the ECHOplatform services.
