Set email notifications for administrators and end users.
To send a daily summary email to all administrators, toggle on Send a daily email digest to all admins.
If you would like to also send the daily summary to other email addresses, toggle on Additional recipients for the daily email digest. (This option is only available if Send a daily email digest to all admins is enabled.) Enter an email address in the text field that appears. If there is more than one email address, enter one on each line. Note that this list can include reviewers, limited reviewers, end users, etc.
You can also choose to send notifications to all end users.
To do so, toggle on Send violation alerts to end users and/or Send remediation notifications to end users.
The Enable batching in end user notifications with interval drop-down box allows end user notifications to be sent either immediately as they occur or all at once after a selected time interval. The options are Realtime (immediately), 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours, and 12 hours.
Once you are done selecting your preferences, click Save.
