To remove a serial number from a service, perform the following steps.
Select the account with the activated service with the assigned serial number.
At the Product & Services List, select the product or service with the assigned serial number you want to remove and then click Edit.
The Edit pop-up is displayed.
Click Remove Serial.
The Confirm Deletion pop-up is displayed.
Select the check box and then click the enabled Confirm button.
