Updates
This release includes the following updates:
- Billing Aggregator Support in the MSP App - Provides Billing Aggregators the ability to view products their MSPs are using with real-time usage data, giving Aggregators visibility into upcoming bills, help answer any questions their MSPs may have, and reduce the amount of Support calls.
- Usage-Based Billing Data Export - This export feature includes a breakdown of committed user counts versus the actual usage by product and SMB and is available to both MSPs and Billing Aggregators.
Fixes
This release includes the following fixes:
- Not all companies were available for linking when configuring the ConnectWise Manage integration.
- Tech logins were not able to exclude email users from billing in the MSP App.
- Selecting a single account for ConnectWise Manage billing sync was not available.
