To create the new ConnectWise Manage API member perform the following steps.
From the ConnectWise navigation menu, click System, select Members.
The Members page is displayed.
Select the API Members tab, then click the sign, as shown above.
The New Member ID fields are displayed.
Complete the following required fields:
Member ID – (for example, BarracudaMSP)
Time Zone
Member Name
Email Address
Role ID – (for example, BarracudaMSP)
Level
Name
Location
Business Unit
Default Territory
3. Click Save.
