Email Reports on a Schedule
You can now schedule reports to be emailed to customers. You have two options. You can:
- Send the report as an attachment
- Send a link the user can click to open the report in XDR Dashboard
Integration with Bitdefender
All XDR Endpoint Security customers can now integrate XDR and Bitdefender.
Enhancements to SentinelOne Integration
To better communicate the issue if a SentinelOne agent stops running, the following labels have been added:
- Disabled by system
- Disabled by XDR
Users can now view a list of the out-of-date applications that need to be updated for each device that XDR is monitoring.
The text that describes the devices that need to be updated has been improved.
The SOC team now vets the most recent SentinelOne Agent to ensure there are no issues before user download and install from the XDR Dashboard.
Improvements to the User Management Page
More items of interest to users have been added to the User Management page, including when MFA is disabled. More fields have been added that you can sort and filter on.
Removal of the Data Source Page
The Data Source page has been removed, since it had a lot of the same information as the new homepage.
Integration Enabled Option
Each integration now has an Enabled option, letting XDR be more aware of Syslog integrations.
Enhancements to ConnectWise Integrations
You can now move tickets to other boards.
A new step has been added in the integration process, letting you choose another board.
Improvements to End-Customer Terms and Conditions
Resolved an issue that prevented Terms and Conditions from being executed on Windows devices.
