The Barracuda XDR May release includes:
- Snoozing SentinelOne Agents
- The XDR product suite status displayed on the Barracuda Service Status page
- Integration with Mimecast email monitoring
- Improvements to End Customer Terms and Conditions
Snoozing SentinelOne Agents
Users can now "snooze" the SentinelOne Agent, disabling the Agent for a specified period of time, allowing users to perform legitimate activities on the endpoints without having the agent interfere (e.g. backups or updates).
The SentinelOne Agent is automatically reenabled after the timeframe you choose. To see how long is left in the snooze period, see the Device Details modal for the snoozed device.
XDR Product Suite on the Barracuda Service Status Page
The Barracuda Service Status page now supports XDR product suite. If there's any outage, users can find details on the Barracuda's status page at https://status.barracuda.com. This will let XDR communicate with customers/partners about service disruptions. Links to the status page are disabled on the XDR login page and in the User dropdown menu:
Mimecast Email Monitoring
Users can now integrate with Mimecast email monitoring, supporting XDR users regardless of what products they choose.
Improvements to End Customer Terms & Conditions
We made improvements to our End Customer Terms & Conditions, giving users the ability to see who is delegated and the ability to delegate to someone else. This m inimizes roadblocks with executing the Terms & Conditions.
