Automated Remediation for Barracuda CloudGen Firewall
Known, active threats are now automatically remediated for Barracuda CloudGen Firewall. This saves time and money and frees human efforts to focus on other tasks.
When an alert is triggered, the SOAR platform determines whether the IP address is malicious or not. If SOAR determines that it is malicious, the IP address is automatically added to the Barracuda CloudGen Firewall block list.
Managed Endpoint Security Enhancements
A new group has been added for Managed Endpoint Security customers, Monitor + Remediation + USB allowed. This group includes the features of the Monitor + Remediation group, but allows USB connectivity by default.
New Column Added to the Infrastructure > Endpoint Devices Page
To help troubleshoot issues, the Last Logged-In User column has been added to the Infrastructure > Endpoint Devices page. This column displays the User ID of the last user who was logged in to the device.
Barracuda XDR Collectors for Windows Added
Barracuda XDR Collectors are the new way data will be gathered on-premise, starting with the new Windows collector.
A new page is available at Infrastructure > Collectors. This page lists every collector that has been deployed, as well as the status, the last update, and the number of integrations for that collector. This page is a central location so you can easily and quickly manage and maintain the collectors that support Barracuda XDR services.
Improvements to Autotask Setup
You can now map companies in Autotask, letting you categorize information so it is more readable.
Improvements to ConnectWise Ticket Integration
ConnectWise tickets integration status is now displayed under Administration > Integrations > ConnectWise.
