You can edit which columns are displayed in the All Tickets table on the Alarms & Alerts page.
In Barracuda XDR Dashboard, click Intelligence > Alarms & Alerts.
Scroll to the All Tickets table.
Click the pencil icon 
in the table heading.
Select the checkboxes of the columns you want to display.
Click Save.
