Deleting the Settings for a Ticket Application Integration

You can delete all the settings for the following ticket applications:

  • Autotask
  • ConnectWise
  • ServiceNow

You might want to delete the settings for an integration if there was a mistake made in the integration or if you no longer have that application.

To delete settings for a ticket integration
  1. In Barracuda XDR Dashboard, click Administration > Integrations.
  2. Click Update on one of the following cards:
    • Autotask
    • ConnectWise
    • ServiceNow
  3. Click Edit Settings.
  4. Click the Delete All Settings button.
  5. Click Confirm.
