This self-service solution can be configured entirely without help from Barracuda once you purchase it. This modern, future-forward solution is based on the latest technology, to provide you centralized management capabilities.
Integrating your data sources with the XDR Collector creates hundreds of new detections by ingesting not just Windows Security logs, but also System, Application, and Custom logs.
The new XDR Collector agent represents a leap forward in our commitment to providing you with the most effective and efficient cybersecurity solutions.

XDR Collector Management page in the Dashboard
The XDR Collector Management page helps you install the XDR Collector and once installed, it gives you insight into the status of the Collector Host devices.

Access to the Release Notes from the Dashboard
You can now open the Release Notes from the Dashboard. Click your username in the top right corner of the Dashboard, then click Release Notes.
Enhanced Home Page Filtering
On the Home page, you can now filter on juniper.junos and juniper.srx in the Module Field.
Administrative Enhancements
- You can now Configure API Port Numbers in SOAR Settings > Firewalls.
- The Test function for identifying problems with audit logging settings has been enabled on the Microsoft 365 page.
- A more detailed explanation has been added for the “dueDateTime” Autotask config error.
- You can now re-try creating a ConnectWise ticket that has failed on creation due to incorrect contact information.
- Warranty workflows have been improved so they notify end customer contacts instead of the MSP. The language in Alerts has also been improved.
- Autotask data sync performance has been improved.
