The following are included in the May 2024 release of Barracuda XDR:
- Alarms displayed in the XDR Dashboard now include descriptions of the issue.
- PSA tickets no longer update when partner comments that look like SOC email notifications are made. This resolves an issue that created a large number of email notifications.
- Partner "Resolution" notes in Autotask tickets now sync to the SOC.
- SentinelOne now has an initial, five-day, monitor-only period to allow customers to better tune their allowed product list and avoid production
disruptions. - Configuration changes for Autotask, ConnectWise, and ServiceNow configuration changes are now included in audit logging.
- Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) has been released
- Automated Threat Response (ATR) for Cisco Meraki, Fortinet FortiGate, and SonicWALL firewall is now available.
- A new field, Service Container Name, has been added for Barracuda CloudGen Firewalls with the Control Center and group level of Box.
- A new View Ticket page provides more ticket information and quicker remediation options. Expanded ticket information and actions have been moved to the new view.
- The Ticket Summary on the All Tickets table has been simplified.
