Logging In and Out

When you access the Service Center web console, you must log in. The method for logging in depends on whether you have set up Idaptive (Single Sign On). For more information on Idaptive, see Configuring Idaptive.


To log in using Idaptive

  • Using a supported web browser, navigate to http://<LOCALHOST>/sc/ssologin.aspx?SsoVarGuid=<SSOVARGUID> where <LOCALHOST> is your local host and <SSOVARGUID> is your SsoVarGuid.

For additional security, consider setting up multi-factor authentication. See Logging In with Multi-Factor Authentication.

  1. Start the authentication app on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to your Barracuda RMM login page.
  3. Type your user name, password, and VAR domain, if required.

    If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Your Password? link and follow the instructions.

  4. Click Log In.
  5. Type the 6-digit passcode from the email you were sent or your authentication app.
  6. Click Continue.

The first time you log in to Service Center, an End User License Agreement appears. You must accept the license agreement before proceeding with the login.

To log in with Microsoft Entra ID

You can log in through the Microsoft Entra portal if your Administrator has set
it up.

If you want to log in through Microsoft Entra ID and can’t, contact your
local Administrator to set it up.

  1. Navigate to the Microsoft My Apps portal.
  2. Click the Barracuda RMM icon.

To log out

  • Click Log Out on the left sidebar.
