Post-Upgrade Autotask Clean Up

After completing the Autotask upgrade and testing the new configuration, you can clean up the legacy integration by doing the following:

  • delete the old integration in Service Center;
  • call Autotask and request that they delete the MW Extension for your Autotask instance.

After you delete the legacy Autotask extension from Barracuda RMM and from within Autotask, you will not be able to recreate the extension. It is recommended that you only delete the legacy extension after the service desk module has been installed and tested.
