Before you first connect to a device using Remote Desktop, VNC, Telnet or PuTTY, you must download and install the Barracuda RMM Remote Control Client. You need to do this once for each device.
- Do one of the following:
- On any page, click the Remote Control On Demand button on the top bar and click Download Barracuda RMM Remote Control Client on the menu.
- In Service Center, click Status > Devices. Locate the device to which you want to initiate a remote control session.
- Click the device name and then click Remote Control from the right sidebar. Click the Download the application link.
- Install Barracuda-RMM-Remote-Control-Client.exe on the target device.
