When you set up an alert email, you can add suggested steps for the technician to follow to resolve the issue. You can also add a link to a knowledge base or website with more information.
To add alert remediation information to a Content Shield alert configuration
- In Service Center, click Service Delivery > Policies > Content Shield.
- Click a policy name.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click the title of the alert configuration.
- In the Remediation Steps box, type the steps to take to resolve the issue.
- In the Knowledgebase URL box, type a URL.
- Click Save.
