To add alert rules to an Intronis Backup alert configuration

  1. In Service Center, click Service Delivery > Policies > Intronis Backup.
  2. Click one of the following:
    • Files and Folders
    • Physical Imaging Standard
  3. Click a policy name.
  4. Click the Settings tab.
  5. Click Modify.
  6. Click the Alert tab.
  7. Click the title of the alert configuration.
  8. Click Add.
  9. In Title, type a title for the alert.
  10. In the Alert Rules area, click Add.
  11. In the Backup Status area, enable any of the following checkboxes:
    • Completed with error
    • Completed with warning
    • Completed
    • Cancelled
  12. In the Threshold area, click the Alert after number of occurrences within a given period check box.
  13. Type a number in Number of occurrences.
  14. Select a time period.
  15. If required, repeat steps 10-14 until you have added all the rules you want.
  16. Click OK.
  17. If you have added multiple rules, select one of the following checkboxes in the Alert Rules area:
    • Alert when any rule conditions are met
    • Alert when all rule conditions are met
  18. Click Save.
