Viewing the Monitors and Alerts in Monitoring Policies

Using the Monitoring Policies page, you can see an overview of the monitors in a monitoring policy, and then drill down to see the individual alerts that have been set up for each monitor.

You can also export the monitors and alerts as the following file types:

• PDF

• XLSX (Excel)

1. In Service Center, click Service Delivery > Policies > Monitoring.

2. Click Monitoring Detail.

3. In the Monitoring Policy box, select a policy.

4. Optionally, select a grouping option:

   • View by Summary

   • Grouped

5. Click the arrow next to the monitor title you want details on.

To see the alert rule for an alert, click the  next to the alert title.

To Export a List of the Alerts in a Monitoring Policy

1. In Service Center, click Service Delivery > Policies > Monitoring.

2. Click Monitoring Detail.

3. In the Monitoring Policy box, select a policy.

4. Click Export, then click a file type.
