Prerequisite: Partners with an on-premise ConnectWise deployment must use the current ConnectWise version.

For a successful integration you need to perform the following tasks in ConnectWise:

  1. Create the Security role.

  1. Create an API member.

  1. Create API keys.

  1. Create a Management Solution.

  1. Create Agreement Types.

  1. Create Product Cross References.

  1. Create Company Agreements.

  1. Create a Custom Field for Linking MSP Accounts to ConnectWise Companies.

Then, you need to perform the following tasks in the MSP App:

  1. Integrate the MSP App with ConnectWise Manage.

  1. Link Barracuda MSP Accounts to ConnectWise Companies.

  1. Map Billing in the MSP App.
