The Barracuda SecureEdge Manager allows administrators to configure and authenticate Okta Workforce as an identity provider for the workspace.
Configure Okta Workforce
Go to https://se.barracudanetworks.com and log in with your existing Barracuda Cloud Control account.
In the left menu, click the Tenants/Workspaces icon and select the workspace you want to configure Okta Workforce as an identity provider for.
In the left menu, click Identity > Settings.
The Settings page opens. In the Identity Providers section, click Add Identity Provider.
From the drop-down menu, select Okta Workforce.
The Add Identity Provider page opens. Specify the values for the following:
Display Name – Create a display name to represent the identity provider.
Okta Domain Name – Enter the Okta domain name. This is the domain assigned to your organization inside Okta.
Okta Client ID – Enter the Okta client ID.
Okta Client Secret – Enter the Okta client secret.
Click Save.
In the Identity Provider table, you can now see that the identity provider Okta Workforce has been added and that under the fieldname STATUS there is the warning Authorization Needed.
Click Authorization Needed.
Authenticate with your identity provider. Enter your admin credentials and click Sign in.
In the Identity Provider table, you can now see that under the fieldname STATUS the text now states Active with a green check mark.
Edit Okta Workforce
To edit the Okta Workforce identity provider:
In the left menu, click the Tenants/Workspaces icon and select the workspace you want to edit the Okta Workforce identity provider for.
Go to Identity > Settings.
The Settings page opens. In the Identity Providers section, you can see that Okta Workforce is displayed as your identity provider.
To edit your Okta Workforce account, click on the pencil icon.
The Edit Identity Provider page opens. Edit the value you are interested in. Note: You can edit values for all fields except Okta Domain Name.
Click Save.
Remove Okta Workforce
Go to Identity > Settings. The Settings page opens.
In the Identity Providers section, you can see that Okta Workforce is displayed.
To remove the existing Okta Workforce, click on the trash can icon.
The Remove Identity Provider page opens.
Click OK to confirm.
(Optional) Test Okta Workforce
If you must test Okta Workforce quickly, proceed with the following steps:
On the Settings page in the Identity Providers section, click the icon of three vertical dots to test the identity provider.
Click Test Identity Provider.
To authenticate your identity provider, follow the on-screen authentication instructions.
After logging into your account, you receive the confirmation message that the authentication was successful.
