When you copy a service, the copied service is given the same name as the original, with -Copy appended to the name.
The following are not copied when you copy a service:
The monitoring policies in the service.
Specific inclusions in the service.
Specific exclusions in the service.
In Service Center, click Service Delivery > Services.
Select the check box beside the service you want to copy.
Click Copy.
The copied service appears in the list of services.Click the copied service to provide a new name.
