Editing a Remote Session Note

  1. In Service Center, click Status > Devices.
  2. Locate the device to which you want to view the remote session history.
  3. Click the device name and then click Remote History from the right sidebar.
  4. Click the note icon in the Notes column.
  5. In the Session Notes area, edit the note text.
  6. Click Save.
