To uninstall an agent with the status of Deployment Failed (account mismatch)

  1. In Service Center, click Barracuda Networks products > Intronis Backup > Device Report.
  2. Select the checkboxes of the devices that have Deployment Failed (account mismatch) in the Deployment Status column.
  3. Click Uninstall Agent.
