The Escalation Call List
The new Escalation Call List lets you maintain a clear list of users for XDR to call if a high alert occurs so that the right people are contacted in case of emergency.
You can find the Escalation Call List at Administration > Escalation Call List.
Sophos XGS Integration
Sophos XGS has been added to the extensive list of integrations you can add, giving Sophos XGS users even more security. See the Sophos XGS Integration at Administration > Integration.
Respond to tickets in the Dashboard
In addition, it’s now easier than ever to respond to SOC tickets within the XDR Dashboard, so you don’t have to spend time on the phone to update your SOC tickets.
To check out what you can do, click Intelligence > Alarms & Alerts. Click an Alert with the status of Open.
MFA Enforcement for New and Edited Users
To further enhance the security of your XDR environments, multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now a requirement for all new XDR dashboard users. Enabling MFA is also required when existing users are edited. We recently expanded our MFA tool support to include third-party authenticator apps, such as Google and Microsoft, along with SMS and email. This provides a wider range of accommodation for our partners and their users. Should you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to support@barracuda.com.
Renamed Integration cards
On the Administration > Integration page, the following cards have been renamed for clarity:
Microsoft Defender to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
Microsoft 365 to Microsoft Office 365
