What You Need to Do Before March 4th:
Ensure every team member who interacts with SOC alerts has access to the Barracuda XDR Dashboard. Creating new accounts is simple: head to Administration > User Management.
Check and update any mail flow automations that rely on the current email alert format/body to ensure a smooth transition. We’ve included a sample of what these new alerts will look like below.
No Action Needed! If you’re using our ticket integration workflow, you’re good to go – this change won’t impact you.
