The ArchiveOne Service Account is used by the ArchiveOne Service and ArchiveOne Admin console to connect to Microsoft Exchange. Note that this account must have a mailbox. During installation, the ArchiveOne service account and ArchiveOne users security group are created, however, under certain circumstances, you must manually create the service account.

Microsoft Exchange rights | You must have Send As and Receive As rights as well as Administer Store on Mail and Public Folder Stores. The ArchiveOneUsers group must have Full Access permissions on the service account's mailbox. |
