ArchiveOne Service Account Permissions

The ArchiveOne Service Account is used by the ArchiveOne Service and ArchiveOne Admin console to connect to Microsoft Exchange. Note that this account must have a mailbox. During installation, the ArchiveOne service account and ArchiveOne users security group are created, however, under certain circumstances, you must manually create the service account.

ArchiveOne Service Account Requirements

The following table lists account requirements:

You must have Send As and Receive As rights as well as Administer Store on Mail and Public Folder Stores.

Member of the local Administrators' security group on the ArchiveOne and Microsoft Exchange servers 

Full Control Share and NTFS security permissions on the Add-ins shared folder
