Enabling Remote Desktop Services on Clients

  1. In the Group Policy Management console, right-click the policy object you want to edit, then click Edit.
  2. In the Group Policy Management Editor console, navigate to Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates: Policy definitions (ADMX files) retrieved from the local machine > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Connections.
  3. Click Allow users to connect remotely by using Remote Desktop Services and click the policy setting link.
  4. Select Enabled.
  5. Click OK.
