New features and updates

Barracuda IDS Collector

Events with a severity of Unknown are now no longer reported.

User Interface changes

We’ve made UI changes in the following locations:

  • The Respond to XDR SOC form

  • Infrastructure > Endpoint devices - Out of date applications has been changed to Vulnerable applications.

Additional option when responding to alerts

A new option, Require Additional Support, has been added when you respond to alerts by clicking Respond to XDR SOC on the Intelligence > Security Overview/Alarms & Alerts > View Ticket page. If you select Require Additional Support in the How should this alert be closed? field, the SOC team will contact you to offer support. When you choose this option, the alert is not closed.

Resolved an issue where the first page of a PDF was blank.

Resolved an issue where the second step of the test for the CrowdStrike integration caused the function to fail.

Improved the storage hub name validation for Azure integrations.

Resolved an issue where the Weekly option for the report scheduler had broken day-of-week buttons.

Resolved an issue where the Infrastructure > Collectors page had to be refreshed manually to display newly configured policies.
