To forward mail to the Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service, the mail server must be configured to journal via SMTP. Only mail forwarded to the address on the Mail Sources > SMTP journaling page is archived.

Note that journaled mail via SMTP has a maximum message size limit of 150MB.
