New Features To Manage Trouble Tickets For Single Devices
We’ve introduced a new screen that lets you see the trouble tickets that are associated with a single device. This new page lets you focus on the tickets on a single device. On this page, you can:
View tickets on the single device ticket page
Close tickets
Export a file of the tickets
Go to the Ticket Management page

Optional Email Notifications for User Password Expiry
User password expiry notifications are now optional. You can set user passwords to expire in Global Account Options without sending the user a notification to reset.

This release of Barracuda RMM removes Barracuda Cloud Control and Barracuda Content Shield integrations.
Ability to Delete Multiple Scripts from the Automation Library
You can now delete multiple scripts from the Automation Library at the same time.

Addition of device availability to automating tasks
When automating tasks for a schedule or to run now, you can now see the availability of the device. On the Automation Calendar, click Schedule or Run Now, when you select the devices to target, you can use the first drop down menu to filter by device availability.
