The process of integrating a PSA takes a few minutes, and involves five steps:
Creating an API member in the PSA—Follow the instructions on the Create and connect page to create an API member in the PSA. The procedure is different for each PSA, but we provide detailed instructions.
Authenticating the API—To do this, provide your credentials.
Automatic account mapping—Account names and company names are mapped automatically if the account name and the company name are exactly the same. Also, if two accounts have the same name, they are linked automatically.
Manual account mapping—If the account name and company names are different and were not mapped automatically, you must link them manually. You can also change the mapping of accounts that you don’t want mapped.
Reviewing your mappings—Check your account mappings.
Once you’ve finished those steps, the integration can proceed.
To integrate a PSA
If you’re not on the Integrations page, click Global Settings , then click Integrations.
Click Connect to your PSA.
Click Ok, got it.
Click the card of your PSA.
Follow the instructions on the left side of the page to create an API member in the selected PSA.
In the API Authentication section, enter the required information.
NOTE The information required depends on the PSA that you’re integrating.Click Save and test.
When the sync is complete, click Next.
On the Account mapping page, do the following:
In the PSA Service section on the left, start typing to search for services.
In the section on the right, start typing to search for services.
To map a service, drag a service on the left to a service on the right.
Repeat steps 9-10 until all your services are mapped.
Click Next.
Review your service mappings.
Click Finish.
In Integration setup complete, click OK.
