How to Verify Notification Feed

  • Last updated on

The SecureEdge Manager allows you to view and manage the Notification Feed to confirm if a notification was sent. The Notification Feed page lets you check if an email notification was sent successfully. There is no delete option; this is just a view for the admin to see which notifications were sent. If sending fails, the failure message will appear here, such as when the mail server is down.

The Notification Feed page shows:

  • Sent notifications

  • Failed notifications

  • Date and time each notification was created and updated

  • Notification method

  • Search and filter options to check notification status
