The command line utility urlcatcmd performs URL categorization lookups. The command line utility is located in the directory /opt/phion/bin.
urlcatcmd does not consult the local categorization cache unless called with the options -c or -d. If you want to check the online result against locally cached data, call urlcatcmd with the options -d (--diff).
The first 9.x firmware version that contains the urlcatcmd is release 9.0.5.
