Make the most of your interactions with Barracuda Assistant by following these best practices:

  • BarracudaONE Assistant works best with short questions, so keep your requests focused. Requests are limited to 512 characters, including spaces and punctuation.

  • BarracudaONE Assistant focuses on security and Barracuda products and can’t give information about other topics.

  • Don’t include code or sensitive information in your requests. Giving sensitive info to any AI, including BarracudaONE Assistant, is a security risk. Sensitive info includes credit card details, legal statements, and government identification numbers.

  • Each conversation has an interaction limit. If you hit the limit, you can continue right away, but you’ll have to start a new conversation.

  • If you make 40 requests in an hour, BarracudaONE Assistant will take a break before you can start a new conversation.
