Deactivating a Barracuda Backup Appliance

To deactivate a Barracuda Backup Appliance, perform the following steps.

1. At the account with the activated product or service select Product & Services List.
   The Account Product & Services List is displayed.
   
   
2. At the product or service you want to deactivate, click Edit.
   The Edit pop-up is displayed.
   
   

3. Click Deactivate Serial
   
   

4. Select the check box.

   The Confirm button is enabled.
   
   

   Select the check box and then click Confirm.

   The Appliance serial is deactivated.

   The Appliance serial remains available for future activation and billing is not impacted.
