This article applies to the CloudGen Access agent version 2.0 and higher. See also How to Configure Web Security Policies.
If you have already created web security policies, they will appear on the Web Security page across these three columns:
- Action – Either Allow or Block.
- Applied To – Lists the number of groups (if any) and number of users (if any), and the names of those groups/users, to which the policy is applied.
- Details – Lists the number and names of categories and/or domains to which the policy is applied.
To the right of the Details column, click the down-arrow to expand the policy to see supercategories broken down by categories, or listing domain names selected.
To the right of the Details column, click the 3 dots for the following options:
- Edit the policy.
- Create above – Create a policy just above the line you have selected. This way, the new policy will take precedence over the policy you have selected in the table.
- Create below – Create a policy just below the line you have selected. This way, the policy you have selected will take precedence over the new policy you are creating below it.
- Duplicate above – Duplicate the policy you have selected just above the line you have selected. This way, the new policy will take precedence over the policy you have selected in the table.
- Duplicate below – Duplicate the policy you have selected just below the line you have selected. This way, the policy you have selected will take precedence over the new policy you are creating below it.
- Delete the policy.
