Requesting access to Custom Containers

Before creating and using a custom container with WAF-as-a-Service, a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed for the protection of your company and Barracuda Networks. Reasons for the NDA include:

  • Some of the support options, if enabled, could potentially allow Barracuda Support staff to have some visibility into your infrastructure and configuration.
  • During container set-up and usage, your organization may learn private information about Barracuda Networks' infrastructure and product functionality.

The NDA is an agreement that this information will remain private.

Steps to complete the NDA and receive access to WAF-as-a-Service enabled custom containers:

  1. Locate the NDA in the Trust Center or go directly to it here.
  2. Follow the directions to fill out the required fields and e-sign. The completed document is then available for download.
  3. Click this link to create an email to Barracuda Networks Support. If you are unable to use the link, please start a new email message with the following:
       To: support@barracuda.com
       Subject: [WaaS-Enable-Custom-Containers]
       Body:
           Account name: Your WAF-as-a-Service account name
           Account serial: Your WAF-as-a-Service account serial number
  4. Attach the NDA you signed above to the email.
  5. Click Send.

Barracuda Networks will contact you shortly with container access.
