This document provides instructions for using the Microsoft Office 365 2.0 Service Module in Barracuda RMM®.
This document assumes that you are familiar with Barracuda RMM and its functions, and is limited to the Office 365 Service Module. There will also be no instructions for Office365.com. For more information about using Barracuda RMM, see the Barracuda RMM User Guide.
The Microsoft Office 365 2.0 Service Module is the second version of the Microsoft Office 365 Service Module. The Microsoft Office 365 2.0 Service Module replaces the Microsoft Office 365 Service Module, but both can be active on your Barracuda RMM environment at the same time.

The Microsoft Office 365 2.0 Service Module provides more accurate information on the functionality of Microsoft Office 365 on your site.
You can view data on:
- Subscriptions and SKUS purchased
- Skype for Business users
- Sharepoint sites and licensed users
- Exchange mailboxes and users
- Domains
