Adding the Barracuda RMM Application to the Idaptive Portal

Idaptive includes thousands of applications that you can add, including Barracuda RMM. When you register for the Idaptive user portal, the Barracuda RMM application is included by default. If the Barracuda RMM application is not included, you must add it to the user portal to enable Idaptive.

  1. In Service Center, click Configuration > System Settings.
  2. Click the Authentication tab.
  3. In the Service Provider Information area, copy the Service URL. You will be pasting this URL into Cloud Manager in a few steps.
  4. Log in to the Idaptive user portal.
  5. To access Cloud Manager, click your user name in the top right corner, and then click Switch to Cloud Manager.
  6. Click the Apps tab.
  7. Click Add Web Apps.
  8. In the search box, type Barracuda RMM.
  9. Click the Add button beside Barracuda RMM SAML.
  10. Click Yes to add the application.
  11. Click Close.

    Barracuda RMM now appears in the Apps list. Now you will download the signing certificate to be uploaded to Service Center.
  12. In the Service URL box, paste the URL you copied in step 3.
  13. Copy the URL from the Identity Provider Sign-In URL box. You will be pasting this URL in Service Center.
  14. Scroll down and click the Download Signing Certificate link. You will be uploading this certificate to Service Center.

Now you are ready to complete the Idaptive configuration in Service Center.
