Inviting Users to the Idaptive user Portal

If you have downloaded Cloud Connector to your domain environment, users are automatically added to the Idaptive user portal using their Active Directory accounts. As a final step, you must invite users to access the portal. When you invite a user, an email with their login credentials to the user portal is sent to them automatically.

  1. Log in to the Idaptive user portal.
  2. To access Cloud Manager, click your user name in the top right corner, and then click Switch to Cloud Manager.
  3. Click the Users tab.
  4. Select the check box beside each user you want to invite.
  5. From the Actions list, select Send email invite for user portal setup.
  6. Click Yes to proceed.
