Linking SentinelOne Sites to Barracuda RMM Sites

Before you deploy the SentinelOne agent to Barracuda RMM devices, you must link a SentinelOne site to your Barracuda RMM site. See Linking SentinelOne with Barracuda RMM.

To use SentinelOne, you must purchase your SentinelOne license from Barracuda Networks. Contact your Barracuda Networks sales representative.

To link a Barracuda RMM site to a SentinelOne site
  1. In Service Center, click Configuration > Integrations > SentinelOne.
  2. Click Configure in the Actions column of the site you want to link.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To link a to an existing SentinelOne site, in New SentinelOne Site Mapping, select Use existing site, then in Select Existing SentinelOne Site to Link, select the name of a site.
    • To link to a new SentinelOne site, in New SentinelOne Site Mapping, select Create a new site, enter a New SentinelOne Site Name and the number of licenses you want to assign to this site.
  4. Click Confirm.

When the site install completes correctly, a green check mark SentinelOneComplete.pngdisplays next to the Configure button in the table.

A SentinelOne monitoring policy must be in place on the site you want to protect. You may want to review Using the Default SentinelOne Monitoring Policies.

To unlink a Barracuda RMM site from a SentinelOne site

Before unlinking a site, you must uninstall all SentinelOne agents from that site.

  1. In Service Center, click Configuration > Integrations > SentinelOne.
  2. Click Configure in the Actions column of the site you want to unlink.
  3. Click Unlink.
