Asset synchronization logs are kept for 14 days. Generally, this means that 14 logs are available, due to the daily asset sync. However, if you forced a sync by clicking the Sync Now button, more than 14 logs are available.
To view asset synchronization logs
- In Service Center, click Configuration > Integrations > Service PSA Integrations.
- Click the ServiceNow Service Desk Module link.
- In the right menu, click Asset Synchronization Schedule.
- In the Log Viewer table, click the View Log link next to the synchronization you want to see.
The log opens in Notepad.
