When you copy a service, the copied service is given the same name as the original, with -Copy appended to the name.
The following are not copied when you copy a service:
- The monitoring policies in the service.
- Specific inclusions in the service.
- Specific exclusions in the service.
- In Service Center, click Service Delivery > Services.
- Select the check box beside the service you want to copy.
- Click Copy.
The copied service appears in the list of services. - Click the copied service to provide a new name.
