On the Product Updates page, you can view a summary of the sites for which there is available a newer version of:
- Onsite Manager
- Device Manager
- Support Assistant
- Avast Antivirus Client
You can sort the list of sites to view only the sites for which there is an update available, or you can sort sites by the current update status to see the updates that are in progress and those that have completed.
To view an overview of available product updates
- In Service Center, click Update Center > Products.
To sort the list of available updates
In Service Center, click Update Center > Products.
- Click one of the following icons to sort the list of product updates:
Sorts to show the sites for which there is an upgrade available.
Sorts the sites by update status, which can be any of the following: - Failed
- No Response
- Pending
- Pending Reboot
- Prerequisite Check Failed
- Primary Installer Retrieved
- Secondary Installer Retrieved
- Succeeded
To view a history of Onsite Manager installations for a site
In Service Center, click Update Center > Products.
- For each site, hover over the clock icon
in the History column to see a history of Onsite Manager installations.
To view more information about the Device Managers or Support Assistants at a site
In Service Center, click Update Center > Products.
- In the Device Managers or Support Assistants column, click the number link for the site you want to view more information.
The Site Management page opens to either the Device Managers tab or the Support Assistants tab, depending on the column you clicked.
To view more information about the Avast Antivirus clients at a site
In Service Center, click Update Center > Products.
- In the Avast Agents column, click the number link for the site you want to view more information.
The Devices With AntiVirus Installed page opens to list the devices at the site with Avast Antivirus Client installed. - Select the check box beside each device you want to update, and then click the Update link.
