Waking a Computer Remotely

To wake a computer remotely , perform the following steps. 

  1. Log in to Service Center using a user account that has the End User role applied to it.
  2. Select the check box for the device you want to wake.
  3. Click Wake Computers.
  4. Click Log Out.
    After a few moments, the computer is ready to use remotely.

Barracuda RMM does not provide remoting capabilities to the end user. This option must be set up through other means.
