You can use the Calendar to view the status of executed tasks, and to view future scheduled tasks. The Calendar shows tasks that were created using an automation policy, and tasks that were scheduled right on the Calendar page.
You can view tasks in day, week, or month calendars, or you can select an Agenda view that displays a list of tasks in a 7 or 30 day time period.
Tasks in the Calendar are color-coded to indicate the status:
Task Color | Status |
---|---|
Green | All script executions were successful. |
Red | At least one script execution failed. |
Blue | No script failures, but at least one script execution is still pending. |
Grey | The task has not yet executed. |

Using the Summary Boxes in the Automation Calendar Week View
The Summary boxes in the Automation Calendar’s Week View lets users who have large numbers of automated tasks see details of their scheduled, in progress, and completed tasks more easily.
If you have more than five tasks scheduled in any hour of the week, the Automation Calendar displays a box that summarizes the tasks in that hour. The colors of the square’s outline and fill give you at-a-glance information on the status of the tasks in that hour, letting you know if the tasks have succeeded or failed, or are yet to run.
The color of the outline of the summary represents tasks in the past. For example, a red outline on the box indicates that at least one task has failed.
Outline Color | Status |
---|---|
Green | All tasks were successful. |
Red | At least one task failed. |
Blue | All tasks are complete and were successful and one task is in progress. |
Grey | No tasks have been executed. |
In addition to the box outline, the color of the box’s fill represents current and future tasks. For example, if the box has a blue fill, it means at least one task is in progress.
Fill Color | Status |
---|---|
Green | All tasks are complete and were successful. |
Red | At tasks are complete and at least one task failed. |
Blue | At least one task is in progress. |
Grey | At least one task has not yet executed. |
