On the Intronis Backup Device Report page, you can view:
- A list of devices the Intronis Backup Agent has been deployed to.
- The site those devices belong to.
- The ECHOplatform Customer Account those devices belong to.
- The status of the Intronis Backup Agent deployment.
- The status of the Intronis Backup Agent.
- The version of the Intronis Backup Agent.
Using Advanced Filtering, you can sort the view of these devices in different ways.

- Uninstall the agent from devices associated with another account—See To uninstall an agent with the status of Deployment Failed (account mismatch)

To view the status of the Intronis Backup agent on devices
To display only the devices backed up through an RMM Intronis Backup policy, select the RMM Intronis Backup Policy Only check box. Otherwise, all devices that are backed up by Intronis Backup are displayed, even if the device is not controlled through an RMM Intronis Backup policy.
- In Service Center, click Barracuda Networks products > Intronis Backup > Device Report.
- Optionally, do any of the following, then click Filter:
- In the Site field, select a site or All Sites.
- Select any checkboxes in the Deployment Status, Agent Status, or Policy Application areas.
To view more information on backup sets for devices
This page displays all devices that have a Barracuda RMM Intronis backup policy applied to them. It also displays the backups performed on those devices, even if those backups are performed by Intronis Backup without a Barracuda RMM Intronis policy.
When viewing the Device Report page, you can find out more information about backup sets on devices. You can find out:
- The types of backup sets
- The names of the backup sets
Whether the backup sets were created by a RMM Intronis Backup Policy or not
You can also click the name of a backup set to go to either the RMM Intronis Backup Policy or the ECHOplatform Backup set.
- In Service Center, click Barracuda Networks products > Intronis Backup > Device Report.
- Optionally, select your filters and then click Filter.
- Click the expand button next to any device that has a number in the Backup Sets column.
- Optionally, click the name of the backup set.
