Intronis is committed to delivering a high-quality management and administration experience to our partners, as well as to enabling their ability to deliver a high-quality service experience to their customers in turn. To continue to deliver on this commitment, we periodically need to discontinue support for third-party platforms that are rendered obsolete by their vendors as new versions are released.
This statement is to notify you that we are announcing support has ended for the following platforms:

Microsoft has announced its end of support for these operating system platforms, making it necessary for us to end support for them as well.
No updates or patches deployed for the Intronis ECHOplatform will be applied to Intronis agents running on these operating systems. Intronis agents already deployed on systems running them continue to work, but will not benefit from any further enhancements, patches, or updates. Please consult with your customers to make sure they upgrade their systems in order to continue to receive the high-quality experience to which they are accustomed.
While we cannot recommend deploying Intronis agents on unsupported platforms after the specified EoS date, we understand that extraordinary situations may occasionally arise that may compel you to do so. If this occurs, please feel free to contact our Technical Support team for guidance, but note we cannot provide any assurances for the success of these deployments.
