When deleting an account the following conditions may occur:
The account to be deleted has pending serials.
The account has associated serials (ACTIVE, ACTIVATION FAILED, PROVISION FAILED(TBD)) or has IBU data.
The account does not have any associated data.
The account to be deleted has pending serials
If the account to be deleted has pending serials, a message is displayed that this action cannot be performed while the serials are in pending status, and a table with these serials is displayed.
An example pending serials message for accounts is shown below.
The account has associated serials
If the account has associated serials (ACTIVE, ACTIVATION FAILED, PROVISION FAILED), or has IBU data, a message is displayed with the associated serials.
An example message for accounts with associated data is shown below.
The account does not have any associated data
If the account does not have any associated data, the following message is displayed.
